Our Attorneys

Traci Christy Hurt is an attorney at Oram & Houghton specializing in mineral title examination. Traci has experience in the oil and gas industry as a field landman, project manager, and title attorney. She’s drafted numerous acquisition, drilling, and division order title opinions across multiple jurisdictions, and managed leasing and acquisition projects for drilling and exploration companies, including testifying before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.

Traci earned her B.A. in Psychology and Minor in English from Oklahoma State University, and her J.D. from the Oklahoma City University College of Law where she was admitted into the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society. She is licensed to practice law in both Oklahoma and Colorado. She was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma, where she currently resides with her husband and two sons. In her free time, she loves taking her boys on adventures; otherwise, she enjoys learning new recipes or relaxing with a good book.
