Our Attorneys

Alicia DeSario resides in Hickory, North Carolina. She is a graduate of Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and she also holds a Master of Laws in Real Estate Development from the University of Miami School of Law. Alicia concentrates her practice on oil and gas title examination; the preparation of drilling, division order, and due diligence acquisition title opinions; and the preparation and review of title curative documents. She also has significant experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing.

Prior to joining Oram & Houghton, Alicia spent 10 years practicing law with a boutique oil and gas law firm in Austin, Texas and owned a title insurance agency in Colorado. Alicia is admitted to practice law in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Florida.
