Our Attorneys

Michael Yoakum is part of the Ontra team at Oram & Houghton, focusing on negotiating non-disclosure agreements for private equity mergers and acquisitions, financing, and debt advisory. Michael graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.S. in Political Science in 2012 and earned his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 2015. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and Washington, D.C. Michael worked in Japan as part of the JET Program; he speaks and reads Japanese proficiently.

Michael currently lives in Castle Rock, Colorado. He enjoys hiking, horseback riding and archery in his free time.
