When a person passes away owning real property, administration of the estate may be necessary to pass clear title to that property to the appropriate heirs and devisees. If the person died with a Last Will and Testament, our staff assists in administering the Will in the probate court. If the person died without a Last Will and Testament, our team will work with the probate court to administer the estate according the applicable state law.
