Our Attorneys

Seth A. Loughmiller is a natural resource attorney. His practice mainly focuses on preparing comprehensive acquisition, drilling, and division order title opinions covering private, state, Indian, and federal lands. Seth also has experience appearing before the Utah Board of Oil, Gas, and Mining.

Seth is a graduate of Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School. After law school, Seth worked as an associate for a respected natural resource firm in Salt Lake City. Seth is licensed to practice law in Utah and Wyoming.
