Justin resides in Pine, Colorado, and has been in the Oil and Gas industry since 2011, when he started as an independent field landman focused primarily on mineral title, lease negotiation and title curative. While serving as project manager and in-house counsel for a small boutique mineral acquisition firm focused on the purchase of distressed minerals, he gained extensive experience in the areas of complex title curative, estate and probate matters, and acquisition and divestiture of company assets. Since 2018, Justin has focused his practice on the examination of title to fee, State and Federal lands and the preparation of drilling and division order title opinions.

Justin is admitted to practice law in Colorado. He spends his spare time exploring Colorado’s highest peaks and activities with his family.
