Our Attorneys

Eric Litow is an energy and natural resources attorney, whose practice focuses on preparing drilling and division order title opinions covering fee, state, and federal lands.  He also has experience advising clients on the conveyancing of mineral interests held in trust.  Prior to focusing his practice on energy and natural resources law, Eric represented financial advisors in FINRA arbitration.

Eric is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Law and he is admitted to practice law in Colorado, Florida, and Washington D.C.  He currently resides in Denver, Colorado where he spends his free time hiking, playing sports, and spending time with friends and family.
