Justin A. Beard
Justin A. Beard is an attorney with Oram & Houghton, PLLC, and focuses his practice on oil and gas title opinions and assisting in curing title defects. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio, Oklahoma, and United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association’s Real Property Law Section, Oklahoma Bar Association’s Energy and Natural Resources Law Section, and the American Association of Professional Landmen.
Prior to working with Oram & Houghton, PLLC, Justin was the Senior Attorney and Ohio Case Manager at two nationwide oil and gas title opinion law firms. Justin began his career practicing in the areas of commercial and residential real estate and small business law for a law firm and title insurance company in Cincinnati, Ohio.
